Website!

I launched this website on 30 August 2026, to have my own personal space in addition to the Artists of Mallorca website which I launched in 2020.

We (myself and my husband) came to live permanently in Sóller, Mallorca in 2017, having bought our house here in 2005. Since then, I have got to know many of the artists on the island either personally or through their work, and it is always fascinating to me to hear their ideas and methods. I believe I have learned so much since then, and hope my own art has developed and improved.

I have no wish to churn out 'art' for the sake of being commercial, and only paint what I enjoy and find interesting. I often have ideas and keep going with them until there is nothing left, hence the projects. Roses are a particular joy for me - the colour, form, fragrance and individuality are a constant inspiration, and I frequently see references to my own life.
